     Pro-Se Representation
By engaging with Favor Legal, you acknowledge and agree that you are representing yourself Pro-Se (without legal representation) in any and all court proceedings. Favor Legal does not and cannot act as your legal representative or advocate in any legal matter. It is your responsibility to seek the advice of a qualified attorney for legal representation and to ensure compliance with all legal requirements relevant to your case.

      Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Favor Legal, its principals, employees, and any affiliates (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your use of our research services;
• Any reliance on information provided by Favor Legal;
• Your representation of yourself Pro-Se;
• Any legal actions, claims, or disputes in which you are involved.

This indemnification includes but is not limited to, any claims made by third parties or any legal consequences resulting from your use of our services.

      No Warranties
Favor Legal makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the research provided. We expressly disclaim any liability for errors or omissions in the information provided, and we make no guarantee that the information will be useful for any particular purpose.

      No Refunds / Final Sales
All sales are final. Favor Legal does not offer refunds for any services provided. Customers who choose payment plans must pay the total amount of the service before any services are rendered. Favor Legal reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the customer fails to complete payment and/or misses three payments.

      Research vs. Investigation
Any factual research conducted by Favor Legal concerning a particular case does not constitute an “investigation.” Our services are limited to research and do not include investigative actions.

      Limited and Specific Power of Attorney
A customer may be asked to provide a Limited and Specific Power of Attorney necessary for Favor Legal to provide a better quality of service. This will enable us to access specific information or documents required for effective research.

      Acknowledgment
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer and Indemnity Agreement. You also agree to seek independent legal advice and to be solely responsible for any legal decisions or actions taken based on the information provided by Favor Legal.
